Free DHL delivery

Every lawn lute ships free by tracked DHL delivery. There is no delivery charge at checkout.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in New Zealand only, all over the country, including Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Hamilton, Tauranga, Dunedin and Queenstown.

How long it takes

We ship the same day or the next working day, six days a week, Monday to Saturday. Delivery across New Zealand usually takes 5 to 7 working days once your order is sent.

Rural or remote addresses and public holidays can add a little time. If you need delivery by a certain date, tell us when you order and we will tell you whether we can do it.

Tracking

You will get an email with a DHL tracking number once your order is sent. If you do not see it, check your junk folder, then contact us. You can also follow your parcel on our track your parcel page.

Delivery instructions

If you need us to pass on delivery instructions, add them in the order notes when you check out.

GST and import charges

Your lawn lute is sent from overseas. Parcels valued at NZ$1,000 or less are not charged GST or duty when they arrive in New Zealand, and every lawn lute costs less than that, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Address problems

Please check your delivery address carefully. If DHL cannot deliver because the address was wrong or incomplete and the parcel comes back to us, contact us and we will send it again or refund you.
